INGREDIENTS

2 everything bagels, split
6 ounces lox (thinly sliced smoked salmon)
4 to 8 ounces cream cheese • 4 slices red onion, thinly sliced
4 to 6 tablespoons capers

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer starting from the bottom up: bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon (lox), red onion and top with with capers. Feel free to customize this lox bagel with any of your favourite ingredients!
